License Status Check keeps the name, email, company, optional phone, the license status check you described, the state, the page on licensestatuscheck.com, campaign parameters that were on that page, and the country on the connection. The note exists so we can reply. We do not sell it. Ask about a note at hello@licensestatuscheck.com.

Boards define their own statuses. “Inactive” might mean the person may not practice but can renew. “Expired” might mean the license lapsed. “Suspended” and “revoked” are discipline. Read the board’s glossary instead of translating from another state.

License Status Check does not change a license status and does not give legal advice about practicing on an expired license.
